All of our staff are qualified and have experience and interests in various areas. We value lived experience, diversity and invest in our staff by providing training opportunities.
All of our staff have strict screening in accordance with NDIS requirements including:
- Working with Children Check
- First Aid Level 2 & CPR
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (Includes National Police Check)
- Fully Insured
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- Comprehensive Car Insurance
All staff are offered training in the following areas, along with their existing studies or qualifications:
- Understanding Neurodiversity
- Working with Behaviours of Concern
- Understanding Autism (Tony Attwood course)
